Experience: 15 years in HRBP, within 2-3 companies (same industry would be plus point)

Ability to work well under pressure

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsible for handling HR all related inquiries from the assigned business unit and tackling them properly
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters

Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Identify needs and facilitate training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary.

Conduct & Oversee Orientation and Induction.

Lead overall HR Budget process (support annual budget process).

Lead the local benefit harmonization to ensure regional alignment, market competitiveness, and cost effectiveness through structure planned and practical approach.

Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks from HR point of view

Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

Challenges the organizational structure of the business unit and proposes changes if needed
