This position is responsible for global material master data setups according to the department procedures. The transactions in SAP will be involved, but not limiting to, formulas, specifications, package codes, sales views, vendor names etc. The position is responsible for maintaining and updating the data in SAP as requested by other members of the group, or by business function. The position also works on various Master Data Projects in teams or individually.

Processes:
Material Master:

  • Set up basis data - material management views in SAP of Nalco materials
  • Corporate Bill of Material creation
  • Corporate Quality data creation

Qualifications:
Student or with relevant educational background.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrate cooperation and flexibility in assisting in tasks that may be outside of the regular responsibilities;
  • Maintain data entry for metrics;
  • Keep a smooth communication process with the team;
  • Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects;
  • Detect and inform the senior new training necessities;
  • Work within a matrix organization;
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Fluent English skills (read and write).

Internal controls:

  • Comply with Ecolab Legacy Policies and Values;
  • Responsible to contribute in achieving the metrics;
  • Ensure integrity data enter;
  • Follow the internal procedures.
