H-Mart UA Corp is located at University of Alberta and looking for an energetic and fun-loving individual with a great work ethic to join our Grocery/Produce Department team!
We are one of the biggest Asian Grocery Supermarkets in North America operating over 100 stores in US, trying to provide the best quality products and services to our clients.
- Sharing product knowledge with customers
- Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented
- Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
- Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
- Using a variety of equipment, including knives
- Maintain inventory and product freshness following FIFO concept; ensure full display of various produce products
- Preform regular quality check, follow procedures to process sub-standard products and manage shrinkage
- Prepare various produce for sales activities, include but not limited to sort, cut, wash, weigh, pack and label various produce products and display them in the display cases
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
