Our international client is looking for vibrant customer services agents to work in their online shopping campaign.
Minimum Criteria
- Excellent articulation (Well spoken)
- Matric
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 12 months + Call Centre Experience
- Flexible to work shifts
- Have a clear criminal record.
- Ability to work in a shifted environment (nigh shift)
- Computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
