Video Producer Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as creative directors, marketing managers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct quality checks on sound and video throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and excellence in production values.
• Provide art direction and creative guidance to the production team, ensuring that videos align with the desired aesthetic and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of videographers, editors, sound technicians, and other production staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality final product.
• Planned and scheduled production timelines, managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in video production, incorporating new approaches to enhance video quality and creative execution.
• Assist with the selection and booking of filming locations, props, and talent as needed.
• Edit and finalize videos when required, using professional video editing software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and channels, such as social media, websites, and presentations.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of completed projects to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall video production quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Producer, preferably in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong knowledge of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of sound and video quality standards, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
• Exceptional artistic and creative skills, with the ability to provide clear art direction and maintain brand consistency.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
