We are seeking a Real Estate Research Analyst/Senior Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity where the job holder will support the research and market intelligence team in data collection, information analysis, market research and writing activities. In addition, the job holder will be able to support key stakeholders in research work.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and write analytical reports on the real estate market in English
- Conduct and develop in-depth research content on Singapore’s real estate sector, with a key focus on the residential and commercial sectors
- Identify economic trends and property cycles
- To keep abreast of economic news, indicators and policies, and analyze the impact on supply and demand dynamics
- Assist HOD in liaising with media correspondents and prepare commentaries to be broadcasted on selected news outlet
- Maintain a large database for research publications and work input
- Prepare presentation decks to the upper management levels
- Provide critical analysis on the latest news, press releases or announcements that may affect the property sector
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Economic or related disciplines
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Possess knowledge in real estate economics and valuation
- Fluency in oral and written English is essential
- Highly motivated individual with keen attention in detail
- A good team player and is able to work independently with limited supervision
- Recent local fresh university students are welcomed to apply._
