Job description
Your Role
Connect people, drive the culture, make a difference to individuals, and impact an organisation's success. A role as human resources Intern at InfinitiLab can provide that level of impact and meaning!
You’ll gain real-world experience in your three (3) months-internship at an agile start-up environment by learning each section of the HR functions.
- Manage employee life-cycle: onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage social media platforms and internal communication channels: create graphics, short clips and creative writings
- Work is fun: plan and execute company events and engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS system and employment related documents.
- Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Job Requirements
- You are a fresh graduate or a student intending to serve internship for at least 3 months.
- You are a team player and a people person.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: RM800.00 per month
