We are looking for a talented IT Manager to join our Team in Lisbon. You will oversee and manage the organisation's technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring day-to-day operations and IT platforms integrity and stability. Responsibilities include IT strategy, team management, security, risk management, and budgeting.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organisation's goals, objectives, and long-term planning while assessing future technology needs.
  • Oversee the organisation's reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and systems.
  • Lead and manage the IT team effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment and setting clear goals.
  • Manage IT projects, defining scope, resources, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Organisational CISO to drive security measures, policies, risk assessments, and controls.
  • Drive technology vendors relationships, offerings, contracts, and services.
  • Effectively manage the IT budget, analysing costs, making informed purchasing decisions, and optimising resource utilisation.
  • Provide technical support to employees, establish helpdesk procedures, develop training programs, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and data privacy laws.
  • Evaluate latest emerging technologies to support the high performance organisational needs.

What you will bring:

  • Proven management experience of multidomain IT Team. Mobile telco industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, MS 365, Defender, and Intune. Google Workspace and migrations to and from is a plus.
  • Analytical skills, data-driven approach, and awareness of compliance and security requirements.
  • Experience in managing relationships with suppliers/partners and excellent communication skills.
  • Graduate in computing/engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and customer service centricity.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
