- Perform daily sampling, inspection/ testing, and qualifying semi-finished products, finished products (according to procedures and work instructions), raw materials, returned goods, and complaints. 2. To ensure test results are recorded completely and correctly. 3. To report to immediate superior any abnormality encountered on quality matters. 4. To perform “draw-down coating” to qualify the properties of the adhesive batch. 5. To assist immediate superiors in analyzing data and monitoring adhesive coating trends. 6. Ensure reference Q.C / Q.A. samples are properly labeled, stored, and updated. 7. Documentation: - All the quality records are to be completely recorded, signed, updated, and stored. 8. Test equipment: To properly maintain, and clean the test equipment in standard working condition, calibrated, and safe to be used.
