Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for the on-going development and administration of the processes within New Developments - ensuring the framework is being complied with, measured, verified and continuously improved, and communicating the overall performance & planned improvements. The Quality coordinator plays a key advocacy role - ensuring that the NBN Co management team and organisation always understand the benefits of a process led approach to delivering solutions to the NBN customer base. A primary goal is to achieve a high degree of joint ownership of quality and compliance strategies with all of the key stakeholders within New Developments, while addressing regulatory requirements in an effective, timely and responsible manner.
