Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using customer data.
- Continuously improve data collection processes and methods to enhance accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.
- Support other data-related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g. data science, statistics, business analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- BI visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI or Qilksense)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
- Experience working with customer data is a plus.
- Experience with GCP tools such as BigQuery, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage. (Not required but a bonus)
