JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To ensure the availability of BO Chargeman to perform 6.6 kv switching, maintenance, operation to comply with the Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirement. 2. To perform power isolation/desolation 6.6 kv and below followed the standard procedure in the best practice and safe manner. 3. To do maintenance, improvement and reporting, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment that also covers switchboard, local panel, transformer, control and PLC, MCC, Genset, Capacitor Bank, VSD drive, Motor set an initiative to improve power factor and energy efficiency. 4. To inspect electrical system that includes Transformers, VCB, ACB Panel, Battery charger, UPS, PLC and control system, substation room, power cables, grounding and lightning arrester cable and chamber, cable tunnel, lighting, elevator, etc are in order. 5. Assist to ensure electrical installation and maintenance practices, project installation work follow the Akta Bekalan Elektrik 1990, Peraturan-Peraturan Elektrik 1994 and follow all electrical safety procedures and first aids. 6. To coach the LV Chargeman and Technician on electrical system maintenance and on electrical safety awareness. 7. Ensuring the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Safety Management System conforms to the requirement of this international standard. REQUIREMENTS Qualification: Chargeman certificate with BO Desired: Minimum 3-5 years working experience as BO Chargeman in heavy industries Have good experience in electrical projects, MV motor, Inverter Panel Installation, testing and maintenance. Special skills: Preventive maintenance skills, dependability and good knowledge.
