Description
In charge of accounting entries for individual entities, perform consolidation and generate financial as well as management reports.
Compile financial data for budgeting and variance analysis as well as cash forecasting.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.
Primary point of contact for audit and tax matters with external parties
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in real estate or asset management companies.
Well versed in tax law, accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of funds regulations will be an added advantage.
Team player who is self-driven with initiatives
