  • This role is based in Singapore, and you will lead the communication strategy and plan for the CarTimes Group and its subsidiary businesses.
  • Develop the marketing strategy, content and launch plan for CarTimes Group initiatives in Singapore to ensure all aspects of the product or company's marketing and activities align with the goals of the brand. This includes making strategic recommendations, draft presentation decks and presenting to company leadership.
  • Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
  • Manage the go-to-market strategies and be the owner of marketing related KPIs to drive the success of the overall business
  • Build a strong marketing position in the competitive landscape against other competitors
  • Execute effective and efficient tactical campaigns via various marketing channels, such as in-house channels, digital marketing channels, social media channels etc
  • Drive operational excellence through reporting, campaign setups and post action reports, with full accountability for your work quality
  • Manage partners such as media and agencies or partners for launching and managing integrated campaigns.
  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders, and working closely with them to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and be willing to experiment to scale marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 of experience in consumer marketing or consumer branding
  • Experience in Automotive industry is a MUST
  • A strategic mindset and yet being able to be hands on
  • Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills with an ability to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly and concisely
  • Experience working cross functionally with other teams
  • Track record of proven success in driving marketing goals
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Socials)
  • Detail oriented and yet able to operate as a creative thinker
  • Strong people management skills and experience
