Full Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Finance Operations Assistant. Key tasks include processing and reconciling financial transactions, managing financial records, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve financial issues. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and regulations.

Core Responsibilities

• Record accounts payable, booking all invoices received from vendors.
• Process and support the reconciliation of payment transactions from various sources, such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Set payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments are made.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate payment information and resolve payment-related issues.
• Provide support in other finance operations functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in payment processing or accounts payable and receivables or billing.
• Knowledge of billing and payment processing systems and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
