Requirements:

  • University Degree.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the Ethics & Compliance standards including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Compliance as well as Third Party integrity due diligence standards.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills across diverse business cultures.
  • Able to operate under pressure and to stand up in the face of conflict or resistance as well as persistence when changes involve many different stakeholders across the Group.
  • Experience in working across organizational levels, with cross-functional and cross business teams.
  • The ability to implement change and project management.
  • Good planning and organizing skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks and have an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrable continuous improvement mindset and skills are a plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with ECMs in supporting Third Party integrity due diligence requirements.
  • Review of pre contract self-screening reports -a result of addition of portfolio companies, additional
  • Review matches triggered against ABC/AML lists in Ripjar for automated pre contract screening (Fleet Solutions, VS&A, Sales Force).
  • Review matches triggered in the post contract screening against ABC/AML lists in Ripjar.
  • Identification of opportunities to simplify and improve efficiencies in the E&C processes and controls.
  • Deliver other assigned SECO improvement programmer and projects as determined by the SECO Leadership Team.
