• We are excited to offer you an amazing growth opportunity to join the Legal Business Financial Information team as Junior Legal Counsel. In this international role (based either in Zurich or our London office) you will be responsible for supporting and deputizing on a broad and varied set of legal matters within the responsibility of the Legal Business Financial Information team.-
  What You Will Do
• draft, review and support in the provision of legal advice on customer, supplier and partner agreements regarding the licensing and distribution of financial information
• supporting in the provision of Legal advice in the areas of corporate law, acquisitions and internal reorganisation, interdisciplinary projects and new products/services
• review legal and debt enforcement cases with customers, suppliers and partners
• assist in discussions and reporting to supervisory authorities, supporting cross-border related regulatory matters
• supporting and deputizing on a variety of legal queries concerning for example, markets/products and strategy, data operation, regulations (e.g. EU Benchmark Regulation) and contacts with regulators, legal cases and risk reports

What You Bring

• C1/C2 language proficiency in both English and German
• Newly Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in UK and/or Switzerland
• exceptional organizational skills, approachable and commercially pragmatic team player with positive attitude
• in-house legal department experience an advantage but not essential
• takes ownership of tasks within competency and keen to build knowledge of the wider financial information area as well as in ESG and Sustainability
