Responsibilities:

  • Handle Monthly Financial records - JE Accruals (Supporting a sales team 250+ in size with personalized compensation plans)
  • Prepare YTD Reports for the Sales groups on Monthly basis
  • Monthly statements generation and distribution for the Sales groups
  • Assist in commission calculations on Monthly/Quarterly basis
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis project(s) as needed

Requirements:

  • Educational degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
  • 3+ years of experience with Commissions, FP&A or Accounting background
  • Previous experience using Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite
  • Experience with Xactly or other commission software a plus
  • Excel proficient - VBA knowledge
  • Fast learner
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations regarding compensation in a professional and confident manner
