Fulltime / Freelance urgent hiring!!

Position: Building Surveyor (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Building Surveyor

At least 1-2 years of working experience

Help set up and operate laser scanning equipment for building surveys. (FARO & NAVVIS)

Collect accurate and detailed 3D data through laser scanning technology

Participate in data quality control procedures to ensure accurate and acceptable scans.

Assist in the generation of 2D and 3D models from the collected scan data.

Assist in preparing reports by taking comprehensive photos and building data.

Assist in coordinating project timelines, delivery, and client communications.

Collaborate with other team members to integrate laser scan data into scanning design and workflow.

Able to use AutoDesk Recap and Revit software in a basic way

Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia & English - written and spoken

Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a good team player

Possess analytical and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude, highly initiative, and able to work with minimum supervision

Must be willing to travel / outstation

Salary Matrix : RM2500.00-RM3500.00 (Negotiable)

Post Status : Renewable Contract
