POSITION:Lifting Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the performance and level of compliance of the Company IMS system against ISO 9001,
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standard REQUIREMENTS.
- Coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with Lifting Plan.
- Create awareness to all team members of Lifting Plan, risk control measure and safe lifting procedure before commencement any lifting operation.
- Ensure all crane opearators, riggers and signalmen are registered with DOSH and relevant authority and received proper training before participating in any lifting operation at site.
- To ensure all lifting are in good condition and have valid certifications before using in any operation.
- To ensure the ground condition and footing foundation are safe for any lifting operation performed by mobile cranes and tower cranes.
- Be present and active during all lifting operations.
- Assist and advise the Safety & Health Committee members.
- Any other task assigned by the Superior.
AUTHORITY
- Issue non
- conformity report to relevant parties for immediate rectification and permanent countermeasure.
- Verify the effectiveness of the countermeasure carry out.
- Stop work to any relevant activity that lead to hazard.
COMPETENCY
- Preferably with more than 3 years working experience in Project Construction similar position or related working experience.
- Registered with DOSH (as Lifting Supervisor)
- Attended basic training of safety and health at the workplace
- Good leadership, communication and organizing skills.
Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
