As the instructor, your primary responsibility encompasses imparting a diverse range of dance styles to students spanning various age groups and proficiency tiers. Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Dance Instruction: Your role involves teaching an assortment of dance styles to students across age spectrums and skill levels. Your guidance encompasses not just the steps, but also delves into the foundational principles that define the essence of each dance form.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Your proficiency extends beyond dance; it encompasses your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students and cultivate a positive and engaging learning environment. Strong interpersonal skills foster meaningful interactions with students.
Choreography Creation and Implementation: As an integral part of your role, you will craft and implement choreography for various performances including recitals, annual events, and competitions. Your creativity and skill bring dance routines to life on stage.
