You will be assisting the Clinical Pharmacist in the provision and delivery of efficient and effective Pharmacy services in the hospital.
Key accountabilities:
- Medication dispensing. Process prescriptions or medication orders and provide patient counselling and education.
- Perform repackaging of drugs and barcoding of products.
- Perform cycle counts and stock take.
- Assist in inventory management of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare sterile / non-sterile products under pharmacists’ supervision.
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement projects and activities.
- Comply to medication safety procedures.
- Support pharmacy operations such as perform billing procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Min O level & above
- With Pharmacy Technician Certificate or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science preferred
