Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using customer data.
- Continuously improve data collection processes and methods to enhance accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.
- Support other data-related projects and initiatives as required.
