Joy Coburg is seeking Baristas and front of house staff to work in a beautiful new space due to open soon.
Joy is a newly renovated cafe in Coburg. Our intention is to create extraordinary customer experiences through excellent product and service. We are seeking both front of house and barista staff for both casual and part-time positions.
Our small team has worked dilligently over the past months to create a beautiful space that we hope will soon become an integral part of our local community. We are seeking hospitality professionals who are able to deliver consistent and high standards of coffee and service, and are intesrested in cultivating a sense of connection and community.
Some highlights of the positions:
- New equipment including an LM KB-90, Mazzer and Puqpress.
- A small, focused menu with an emphasis on quality produce.
- A wonderful and intimate space that encourages authentic relating.
- Closed on Sundays.
About the roles:
- Deliver a consistent, high standard of coffee and customer service.
- Help us become a part of our local community though a commitment to creating beautiful customer experiences.
- Ability to dial in and maintain grinder settings
- Ability to maintain consistent milk steaming and pouring
- Prior experience in customer service and or barista required
