Whom we seek?
- Fresh graduates or SPM with 1 year customer service or content review related experience.
- Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin and English.
What is your job task?
- Specifically, into reviewing the videos, articles and posts related to legality and the safety of the brand with the standard and rules set by the social media policy.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards.
- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community.
- Display a strong bias doing what’s right for our community in supporting social media’s mission.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported on social media such as reports of potentially abusive content.
- Participate in additional training courses as required.
- Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills.
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Adhere to the policies set by the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
