Job: Site Engineer “Fitout Work”

Role: Site Engineer
Ensure quality control and manage administrative tasks for all stages of a construction project..
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the overall flow of site construction related activities under company obligations to client..
- Supervise the workers and monitoring the work progress, including planning the work and efficiently organizing the workers.
- Inspection of workers proper work outfit and equipments and tools.
- Prepare and submit status report as required.
- Resolve any site construction problem and providing technical advice.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawing.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Liaising with clients and their representatives (Architects, Engineers and Supervisors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
- Overseeing the quality control and health & safety matters on site.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Daily report to General Manager for
a. Manpower availability; who are present and absent to work.
b. Required materials to site; cement, sand, marble/granite, equipment, tools and anything needed.
c. Performance of each mason; quality of work and quantity of work accomplished each day.
d. Feedback about anything related to construction progress.
Qualifications:
- Should have a minimum of 5+ years Experience in the same filed.
- Any Nationality.
- Must be available in Doha-Qatar.
- With Transferable Visa or NOC.
- Can Join Immediately.
- Should have Qatar Driver's License with own Car.
- Proficiency in project management tools for effective coordination.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
