As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and presentable environment.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with mall staff to coordinate visitor access, appointments, and meetings.
- Support the management team with special projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficient in English *& *Arabic.
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Ability to remain composed and handle challenging situations with grace.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
