As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and presentable environment.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Collaborate with mall staff to coordinate visitor access, appointments, and meetings.
  • Support the management team with special projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proficient in English *& *Arabic.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Ability to remain composed and handle challenging situations with grace.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
