Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will be supporting the People & Organization function to deliver all aspects related to people; from supporting with recruitment to onboarding and talent management. You will work within a small team where your proactivity and enthusiasm will be vital to further add value to the function and Siemens. You will be highly visible to all the organization and support our values and ethos.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting employees with the process of onboarding and offboarding as per the company policies
- Supporting with the implementation of internal talent initiatives such as trainings and communications with employees
- Drive internal process changes and transformation of the function
- Support P&O team in daily operations as required
- Work closely with Head of P&O and Advisor on specific projects
- Work closely with various functional departments to deliver P&O related projects
Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid!
- Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and drive to complete tasks/ projects within potential tight deadlines
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive and energetic
- Ability to work collaborative with others as part of a team whilst also working independently
- Prior background/experience in HR not required
