Responsibilities:
- Handling daily bookkeeping tasks, such as recording income and expenses, handling invoices, creating and sending bills, etc.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as cash flow reports, profit and loss reports, etc.
- Checking and entering financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting in handling employee reimbursements and payments.
- Maintaining good communication with the local finance manager and reporting any potential issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an offshore setup is a plus.
- Proficient in using financial software and platforms. Experience with cloud-based systems is preferable. Knowledge in Odoo Accounting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Knowledge in Chinese/Cantonese is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in different time zones to match the local team's working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with remote work tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace and Odoo.
- Knowledge of international financial regulations and standards.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and tight deadlines.
Salary: 12,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
