What You Will Do:

• Preparing Financial reports, tax provisions, schedules, returns, Payments, reports & maintain Company’s database
• Treasury - Dealing with Banks, support financing activities, internal control & Cash flow projections.
• Monitoring Fixed Assets: Lumileds has a significant asset base which is dynamic in terms of new capital to be acquired, assets to be transferred (in or out) and impairments. Close monitoring on asset movement, disposal & scrap. Asset tagging and performing FA cycle count in line with LAMP (Lumileds Accounting & Manual Policies) requirements with flawless documentation.
• AP & GL - Internal Control and accounting. Assist in reviewing finance work process & internal controls.
• Compliance - IFRS/GAAP, Taxes & Co. policies
• Support internal & external audit & liaise with the auditors.
• Transfer Pricing review on computation & billing on Qtrly basis.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Has experience in preparing tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintaining a company’s tax database.
• Attention to details but at same time able to oversee the overall big picture.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills & has experience dealing with shared service teams.
• Is a good team player, but is capable of working independently.
• Maintains and applies a broad understanding of the principles of financial management, including management of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Understands the implications business and accounting decisions have on one another.

• Field of Study _
