Thera North *has an exciting opportunity available for a Female Support Worker to join our team in *Stanley. You will join us on a* full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of *£10.92 per hour.
- Challenging behaviour and complex needs training or experience is essential- Day support 08.00 - 22.00- Waking nights 22.00 - 08.00- Immediate start available

About the Female Support Worker role:
Thera North are recruiting experienced support workers in the Rishton area to join an established team, provide support for an individual living within their new home.
This is an important step for the individuals, and we require confident, experienced support workers to help the individual adjust to their new life in the community.
There will also be a lot of time supporting with life in their community; to develop relationships within their community, to discover new skills, form further ambitions and pursue hobbies and interest, which currently include shopping and cafe visits.
