Role Overview
We are looking for:
We count on you for:
- Vendor Campaign: maintain and launch LTVD campaign based on previous business data and send the LTVD requests to the Vendors
- Prepare calculation phase in GTS: maintain the new LTVD data in the system, input the necessary corrections in the system to run the calculation properly
- Launch the calculation to determine preferential status of finished goods
- Ensure 1st level of support towards Customer Service: be the point of contact regarding any doubt on preferential declaration and Long Term Declarations for the Customers
- Support Global Business Units (GBUs) with classification requests and drive the end-to-end classification determination with all internal stakeholders
- Document and maintain classification rationales
- Maintain HS regulatory watch in order to guarantee constant update of Solvay HS classification
- Determine and provide matrix of import duties to internal stakeholders
- Zero non-compliance
- Service Level Agreement respect
- Deliver projects on time without business disruption
- Full collaboration and cooperation with Solvay services

You will bring:
- University degree in International Trade, International Relations or similar (preferred)
- Experience in International Trade
- Chemical knowledge (plus)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Curious, autonomous, open minded, team spirit, passionate about international trade
