About the job Customer Service Specialist (German & English):
Our client is a top provider of digital imaging and audio solutions and is currently strengthening its team with a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English.

What you'll do:

  • Provide pre-sale; post-sale support and service support for customers.
  • Management of telephone communication to support customer needs and requests.
  • Online store support.
  • Monitoring and reporting of particular cases, for the client
  • Preparation of reports
  • Preparation of technical reports for specific situations
  • Perform other administrative activities related to the provision of technical and service support for customers
  • Perform other work tasks according to the supervisor's instructions
  • Central projects support
  • After-sales document management
  • Analysis of operational processes

What you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory and other languages will be a plus (Spanish, French, or Nordic)
  • PC skills, user knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
  • Knowledge in photographic will be a plus
