The Contracts and Offers Coordinator reports to the Contracts and Offers Manager and is responsible for the administration and coordination of contractual, commercial, financial processes and procedures for Acciona’s Australian Operations.
Job Description
The Contracts Coordinator collaborates closely with the Contract and Offers Manager to manage contract-related risks and opportunities, monitor existing contracts, and support procurement processes. This role also involves assisting with contractor management, maintaining contractual records, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Operations Department. Other responsibilities include:

  • Executing contracts, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining contractual records and obligations.
  • Overseeing Operations & Maintenance contracts and contributing to reports, offering commercial guidance to the Operations team
  • Developing efficient filing systems for hard copy and digital documents, ensuring effective data management within the Operations Department.
    Required Skills and Competencies
  • Previous experience in contract and or vendor/supplier administration roles.
  • Background in infrastructure, construction, and heavy industrial would be highly regarded
  • Competent with using Microsoft Excel and the rest of the MS Office Package
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
