The requirements of this role are to ensure NER obligations of Acciona’s generators under its generation license are complied with. This also includes supporting the Wind Operations team within this role’s capacity to deliver the safety, security, performance, maintenance, cost and quality management requirements of all wind and solar operational sites.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated NER Compliance Manager to ensure strict adherence to NER obligations and support the Wind Operations team in maintaining the highest standards across our renewable energy sites. Key duties include:

  • Oversee and manage Acciona's operational assets for NER compliance and reporting.
  • Lead Generator Compliance Monitoring Program (GCMP), ensuring timely compliance and program enhancement.
  • Foster collaboration across the organisation, particularly with internal Operations, Energy Markets, and project teams, for NER compliance.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers to optimise annual outage programs and compliance testing coordination.
  • dentify and track compliance improvement initiatives, aid contract preparations, and respond to regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Relevant technical/engineering qualification.
  • Considerable experience in asset NER compliance.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.

  • Strong technical knowledge in energy generation.
  • Renewable generation asset experience (beneficial but not essential).
