The IOI Customer Service Centre is a Centre Of Excellence within Diageo and ensures our customers receive a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Services team, based in NI provide an inbound and outbound customer service to all Diageo Ireland Customers.

Purpose of the role

To own and manage the new account process in line with the legal and IOI policies

Update and maintaining information on our internal systems to ensure correct and factual data is current and correct.

Prompt and Efficient Resolution of queries in order to ensure New Account Set Up is achieved within SLA.

Ensure Bank account and Debtors ledger are updated daily through the posting of Cash against Customer accounts.

Compliance relating to CARM/SOX and other regulatory aspects in particular the Customer Onboarding policy.

Preparing and running reports, where required for the LM.

Logging of all customer queries within the new management tool to understand trends that can be analysed to improve customer experiences.

To build great business partnerships with Commercial, Credit and Customer Service colleagues

To ensure every Customer receives excellent customer service and contributes significantly to ensuring Diageo maintains its position as supplier of choice.

Responsible for the setting up New Trading and Accounts, Direct Debits for New and existing Customers within SLAs.

Allocate manual receipts accurately and promptly within SLAs

Run All CARM and SAP reports Co-ordinate the INCAs to keep all processes operating correctly

Set up ECBPs and run month end standard journals

As part of a team, respond to daily workload demands and support the other members of the team

What you will bring- 5 GCSEs / O Levels (inc. Maths and English) or equivalent- Proven ability to adapt and deliver under time pressure is important.- At least 2 years in a pressurised Administration or customer facing position- Proven ability to deliver consistent high quality accurate results within SLAs- Be assertive in all situations.- Computer Literacy - Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and excellent Excel/Word is preferred
