Requirements:
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Experience Required - Minimum 3 years plus as a Bachelor's degree Preferred
- Refrigeration design
- Diesel Generator design
- Electrical controls design
Responsibilities:
- Performs necessary functions to design and develop new or existing refrigeration units and generator sets.
- Completes work from input requirements or instructions to design new components or redesign. Existing components to improve our products.
- Determines and establishes specifications through engineering calculations and layouts.
- Oversees and assists with the assembly of refrigeration prototypes
- Is responsible for assuring that there is no gap between Engineering and Production departments, i.e. Is responsible for meeting design criteria and timelines for completion of prototype jobs and other production and/or design jobs assigned to.

- Maintain friendly, cooperative relations with customers, vendors, company personnel, and management.
- Follow all Company personnel policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to tactfully handle difficult situations
- Anticipate problems and make recommendations.
- Organize personal schedule to maximize productivity and time management.
- Perform other tasks or assignments as delegated by the Engineering Manager.
