Descrição
You would be responsible for the operations of our Airbnbs and execute mostly hands on tasks (supply shopping, move ins/outs, furniture assembly, managing cleaners, walkthroughs, etc).
Work closely with cleaners, give them feedback
Coordinate timely repairs of all reported issues and ongoing maintenance with dedicated handymen and 3rd party contractors.
Order supplies
Assist with other admin duties and more as the company expands
Able to respond immediately to team and guests / Good attitude / Organized / Self-learner / Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
