Job Summary: The role involves supporting transdermal product packaging and clinical labeling processes. Responsibilities include verifying raw materials, following Batch Record and SOP instructions meticulously, documenting operational steps, and ensuring the proper disposal of packaging waste. The position also entails providing components for packaging, labeling, palletizing, and transporting finished goods, as well as conducting standard testing procedures daily. Maintaining cleanliness in packaging rooms and equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating effectively within a team are crucial aspects of the job.
Job Responsibilities:
Verify raw materials and prepare equipment for batches. Follow Batch Record and SOP instructions precisely, documenting all steps. Record operational parameters and batch details accurately. Dispose of packaging waste at the end of each batch and per shift. Supply components to inspector packers during batch packaging. Close, label, palletize, and transport finished goods. Weigh and document component weights. Conduct standard testing procedures daily. Use pallet jacks for transportation of goods and components. Clean packaging rooms, equipment, and production areas as required, documenting activities. Support clinical labeling operations as needed. Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve objectives. Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, and regulatory/compliance/safety requirements. Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
