1st and 2nd Level Support Consultant

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a 1st and 2nd level support consultant to work in this project in Lisbon.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience with Linux;
• Knowledge of Weblogic;
• Experience with Oracle SQL;
• Experience with different file transfer protocols, such as: FTP/SFTP, MQ, CFT;
• Understanding of system architectures, such as: SSO, Firewalls, Load Balancer;
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Availability to perform On Call Duties / Weekend interventions on a rotational team basis;
• Follow up any critical user request ensuring that the impact is reduced to the minimum possible;
• Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented;
• Contribute towards better post-release checkouts;
• Follow up user requests in Service Now
