Job Details
Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support and after-hours support
Provides server administration duties including configuration and maintenance of Windows Server, and VMware
Monitoring and maintaining request and incident queues
Oversees server issue resolution, analyzing and providing solutions for Operating System and Database Hardware issues
Analyzes and evaluates current interface configuration, user requirements, and optimizes server topologies
Recommends add-on technologies and customizations to Company software systems to provide efficiencies to business operations
Writes clear, concise, and accurate documentation and provides training (, work procedures, how to guides)
Must Haves:
5+ years experience as a server administrator
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
Certifications:
Microsoft and Cisco certifications (MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, MCP); Network, and software certifications (A+, N+, NET+) are preferred.
ITIL Foundation (preferred)
