Responsibilities:
- Collects business requirements for the project to translate into functional specifications and detailed test plans
- Collects requirements specifications for business, user, functional/non-functional, usability, performance; operational, data conversion, security and internationalization
- Provides input into the project work plan development (i.e., proactively identifies, logs, communicates and addresses issues)
- Documents end-to-end descriptions of all activities being transformed
- Participates in requirements gathering sessions with the business SMEs
- Assists with defining test conditions and test cycles for system testing coordinating with system test lead
- Completes change requests on time and provides support to technology team during development
- Provides input and support to training development process
- Assists with gaining formal acceptance of solution at the end of User Acceptance Test
- Responsible for engaging with Business Process leads and super users to validate enhancement requests, and to partner with the market CIO and AMESA verticals to deliver timely, quality solutions.

- Experience delivering multiple projects in parallel
- Knowledge of SAP and FMCG Industry
- Risk Management

- Contract and Vendor Management
- Experience with direct leadership of teams/team members.
- Enabling functions Solutions specifically finance, HR & Supply Chain
- Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes, finance & accounting and Supply chain
- Ability to interact with business users and leadership team in the markets
- Good command of English.
- Good documentation and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good presentation skills
