UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions and improvements.
Information Architecture: Create and maintain site maps, user flows, and wireframes to structure the information and user journey within our digital products.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iteratively improve the user experience.
Interaction Design:Develop interactive elements and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience and engagement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design concepts are feasible and align with project goals.
Design Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and style libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance skills and stay innovative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
