Company Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:

• Provide nursing care to residents within the accommodation facility.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs.

1. Health Promotion:

• Develop and implement health promotion initiatives for residents.
• Conduct health education sessions on topics relevant to the residents' well-being.

1. Emergency Response:

• Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies within the accommodation facility.
• Coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Provide first aid and initial assessment during emergencies.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents.
• Maintaining first Aids Kits: Expiration Monitoring, Timely Replenishment, Purchasing Replacement Kits upon expiration, & Maintaining accurate records of first aid kit inspections.
• Prepare reports on health trends and issues within the accommodation facility.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of medical information.

1. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with administrative staff to address health-related concerns within the accommodation facility.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. (Bachelor's is preferred)

1. Valid Qatari nurse registration.

2. Proven experience as a registered nurse.

3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

6. Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic health records.
