- 6 work days | 830am - 6pm:
- Location:Jurong East area
- Together with their sister company, they have a combined history of almost 50 years.
- GB1 for General Builder, Main Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultants and sub-contractors on site.
- Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.:
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans
Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress works and approved drawings.:
Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
Requirements:
- Experienced in coordination and supervision of M&E services and/or building-related works for bungalows or semidetached houses in Singapore
- Diploma in Industrial / Building Service Engineering / Construction or any relevant
Salary
$3,000 to $5,000
