Pride Carpentry *is seeking a skilled and motivated Finishing Carpenter *Supervisor / Foreman to join our team.
As a Finishing Carpenter Supervisor/ Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the finishing carpentry work on our projects.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can ensure the highest quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of finishing carpenters in executing high-quality finishing work on residential and commercial projects.
- Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide the team in achieving accurate and precise finishing details.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site to maintain a secure and productive working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of finished carpentry meet company standards and client expectations.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Carpenter or similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finishing carpentry.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in GCC
- Language: Arabic or English required
- Qatari driving license required
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus.
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.

- إلمام كامل بفهم المخططات (مخطط النجارة).
- الخبرة السابقة يجب أن تكون في دول الخليج، ويُفضل في قطر.
- وجود كتاب خبرة من الشركات السابقة.
- خالٍ من أي سوابق جنائية.
- القدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية.
- رخصة قطرية سارية المفعول.
- القدرة على نقل الكفالة.
