Your contribution to something big:

  • First contact for general HR issues for all staff members, executives and HR colleagues in Portugal;
  • Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates;
  • Service-oriented contact person (Aim: highest possible ''First Contact Resolution Rate'' and a high degree of customer satisfaction) making optimal use of the knowledge base, labor legislation, HR processes and regulations at a national level;
  • Overview of HR knowledge and/or the responsibilities within HR and ensures the involvement of the right contact persons when it comes to complex situations;
  • Supervising and managing all the associate requests within the HR Shared Service Framework;
  • Issuance of certificates and declarations to all the associates, upon request;
  • Perform quality control of payroll conducting detective controls (audits) on a monthly basis according to the central guidelines and payroll work instructions;
  • Work closely with Specialist team, supporting with reports or information to update the HRS processes and manuals.

Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, customer oriented and organization;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel);
  • Experience working with SAP (preferably).
