About work仕事内容について**:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to implement service strategies for improved customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their service-related concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing customer feedback and incorporating insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the technical advisor to coordinate service activities, including scheduling inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
Provide necessary support and information to the technical advisor for effective problem resolution.
Prepare regular reports on service activities, including key performance indicators and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate documentation of service records, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance measures to meet or exceed service standards.
