JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Understand & Interpret upstream and downstream data flow, do data profiling, data mapping and check data quality from source to target.
  • Perform impact analysis of new systems, new interfaces & integration. Work on impact analysis to reference data (domain/dimension; data elements/properties; base members/data sets; hierarchies) to ensure compliance with Data Governance principles.
  • Implement high-quality solutions by translating business requirements into integration specifications, working with ETL developers to oversee the implementation of ETL designs.
  • Responsible to develop ETL architectural and design patterns, considerations, solution options, and impact.
  • Design, develop, and implementation ETL solutions using ODI v12.2.1.4 tool.
  • Ability to analyse, map, transform, and transfer data between varieties of data formats.
  • Experience in writing PL/SQL, stored procedures, views, and optimizing database queries
  • Ability to conduct discovery, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for the remediation of data quality issues.
  • Facilitation and definition of reporting and analytics business requirements.
  • Provide post-production batch support.
  • Conduct unit test, SIT, and provide UAT support.

REQUIREMENTS:
Hands-on experience on:

  • Oracle Data Integrator (ODI v12.2.1.4)
  • Oracle Big Data Appliance (CDH v6.3.4)
  • SQL Query (Hadoop) - Intermediate / Advance
  • Oracle - PL/SQL, SQL-Loader

Ideal to have but not pre-requisite:

  • Unix AIX basic command & shell scripts
  • ASG-ZENA (Job scheduler)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
