Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions
- Analyze website analytics and sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
